I'm an independent consultant focusing on Continuous Delivery, CI/CD, platform engineering and practical delivery. I work as part of Tabete - a collective of senior consultants - and most of my consulting engagements are done via Tabete.

I work on DevEx strategies, DevOps architecture, developer processes and the human interactions around them; improving software development value streams by doing, coaching and supporting.
What I typically help with

- Developer experience, internal developer platforms and DevOps architecture.

About
I run Rigo Consulting AB, a single-owner Swedish aktiebolag. I'm based in Sweden and have spent years working with software delivery, automation and infrastructure across a range of teams and organisations.
Rigo means 'blackbird' in Hungarian - a small, curious bird. That's roughly how I see myself: curious, observant and always noticing the small things.
Lately that's meant co-founding Tabete, running Rigo Consulting AB and working as a Continuous Delivery Enabler for embedded software at GN/Jabra.
I'm hands-on and like shipping real things. I prefer small experiments over big-bang changes and I care a lot about feedback loops, observability and making systems maintainable for the people who come after me.
I've often worked where software and hardware meet, so I'm used to environments that can't always use "normal" DevOps and continuous delivery practices.

Continuous Delivery: The Game
A board game I designed about the challenges of shipping software - players collaborate to deliver features while managing technical debt, incidents and process bottlenecks. A hands-on way to spark conversations about flow, feedback and continuous improvement.

A data and planning tool for the online football manager game Hattrick. CHPP-approved, available in multiple versions and actively maintained. It's used by other managers and I keep improving it based on real-world feedback.
